I am committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

I obtain basic information from you from your first enquiry. I then email you a consultation form for information on you and any issues you are coming to work with. It is entirely up to you how much you wish to disclose on the form, or with me in each session. The completed form is emailed back to me and I use this to create the session and tailor it to each client’s needs.

During the initial consultation we will go through the form and I will take any further notes and may ask questions for more details. I also may make notes after the sessions.

I also collect your basic information, name, email address, if you sign up for my newsletter and blog, or sign up for any special offers.

Any information I have is kept in a locked cabinet and is held,  encrypted on my laptop, which is double password protected. Both my laptop and locked cabinet are kept in my locked therapy room. Only I have access to this information.

I will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

I will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Please contact me if you change email address, or any other information held about you, so that my records are up to date and accurate.
